In 2018 I purchased a Rickrak bag for my 2018 Ultra Limited at Rickrak’s tent in Milwaukee during Harley’s anniversary. Today almost six years later I’m touring the states with the same bag, 4,500 miles so far on this trip. About a week ago one of the clamps stripped out on the bag. I called Rickrak customer service to order two new clamps, the gentleman asked me why and I told him I was traveling and a clamp stripped out on me. He asked me for a good address he could send two clamps to, I received them in four days. This company now has me hooked for life, if Rickrak sells it and I need it I know they will stand by it. By the way best touring bag on the market. Thank you
